L7 Attitude Change Tired of the yo-yo exercise syndrome? The Every 7 program was designed by Dr. Bertelsen to help you identify how your behaviors are keeping you from achieving the goals you are very capable of reaching. The 30-minute class will meet once per week and cover aspects of attitude, accountability, goal-setting, program design, support systems, and understanding self-perceptions.
